Founder Chad M. Wicker
A proud 2003 graduate of Hernando High School. Chad had spent his entire adult life in jail administration. Early in his career, he realized there was a gap between training opportunities in small and medium size jails across the country. In 2024, he created R & G Correctional Services to attempt to bridge that gap.
